Shipping policy

At Sexbuyer, we have followed all official medical advice and put in place a substantial number of precautionary measures to keep our warehouse staff safe. This includes:

• - Reducing the number of our people on a shift at any time;
• - Adhering to the '6 feet' distancing rule at all times while staff are picking and packing your orders, and also staying 6 feet apart when taking breaks;
• - There's a break between shifts clocking off and clocking on while we clean down all the surfaces.

The safety of our staff is of paramount importance and it's possible that the above measures may have an impact on when your order is dispatched and delivered.

We ask for your patience and understanding if your order is later than you would expect.

Note: We don't ship to Islamic countries, like Afghanistan, Pakistan, Jordan, Libya, Kosovo, Iraq etc.. 

Order and shipping confirmation

You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been successfully placed–it will include your order number and shipping method. Please make sure your shipping address is correct as we are unable to redirect goods once they are on route to you.

Orders can take up to 5 business days to be processed and shipped. Once your order is prepared for shipment you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking information. Please note that monogrammed items take up to four weeks to ship, no matter what shipment type is chosen. Please also note that in some cases, your order may arrive in multiple shipments (i.e., in the case of pre-order, backorder, and monogrammed/personalized items).
