We accept return or exchange within 14 days of the item(s) arrival to you if you are not 100% satisfied. Shipping fee will not be refunded. Products with quality-related issues, such as damaged, defective, or mis-shipped items will receive a full refund including shipping fee. If the return is caused by the consumer, consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee.
The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose. If due to our reasons(except for damage caused in shipping), the goods received are damaged or not correct, and the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee for this reason.
